​WOW! Was my impression of Ms. Natalie! She came to me highly recommended by my daughter in whom recently experienced the service of EXCELLENCE by Ms. Natalie in becoming a new homeowner! I went to a house to purchase 3 storage carts left out wanting to buy the house! I was not looking to buy a house but instantly fell in LOVE with that house when the owner told me it was for sale but not on the market yet. I immediately called my daughter so excited 🤩 telling her that I love that house and I want to buy that house!! I had ABSOLUTELY no knowledge about buying a house. My daughter said" call my realtor Ms. Natalie, she will get you in that house" I called her right away! Ms. Natalie with her sweet calming voice invited me to come into her office for a consultation. Upon entering into her office, she handed a paper with ALL of the information about the house, and it had my name on it in big bold letters!!! It blew mind as to how rapidly she worked to obtain that information! Within the week we were prepared and made an offer!!! However, the owner decided to up the asking price. Although I loved and wanted that house Ms. Natalie very professionally and compassionately explained to me that we offered the owner the exact amount that he asked for the house, and he decided to increase his asking price. She said,"Ms. Harris I'm here to serve you if your heart is on that house then we will continue but it's totally up to you, now what do you want me to do?" I said to Ms. Natalie What GOD has for me it is for me I trust you! From that point on Ms. Natalie with her dedication, professionalism, expertise, communication, and excellence she got the job DONE!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!!! I work with a team of people who pray before meetings and practice ethical and kind business procedures daily. Not because it is the moral thing to do, but because I believe at their core, they are just good-hearted people. I couldn't be happier with Century 21 Premier Real Estate. My Broker & Leadership Shep Mullin, Alex Rozwadowski, and Anthony Smith Are amazing examples of servant leadership and community pillars of service.

I have been studying the principles of Leadership and as a result I have been truly blessed! I hosted my first Client Appreciation Luncheon on this past Saturday, and it was PHENOMENAL! More than I could have ever imagined... I mentioned during the event that I did not know how I rolled into real estate, but I am here.... In meditation that evening the concept of service came to mind. Which answered my question!

If not for an AMAZING LEADERSHIP TEAM at Century 21 Premier Real Estate, it is likely that I would not have met some of my wonderful clients.

It has taken a while for me to understand my gifts, nonetheless, THEY ARE DEPLOYABLE IN ANY PROFESSION! What has always come easy to me is encouraging, empowering, and helping others to implement actions that support their goals. Real Estate Allows me to do that! I have served some beautiful people with wonderful stories of triumph!

Which brings me to Reputation vs. Legacy.

Reputation is what people think of us now and Legacy is what people will think of us long after we are gone...
