COLUMBUS, GA - We are searching for a Personal Assistant/ Errand Runner to the CEO. This is an opportunity to work in a fun, exciting educational environment! This position is a collaboration between the CEO and the PA to help with the day-to-day operations of the company. If you're extremely organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, delegation, implement a delightful personality, this position may be for YOU.

Natalie Nicole Realtor, LLC operates in a high-level digital space and requires a Personal Assistant/ ER who is experienced at performing in the role. This is a temp to perm position. 
 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
  • Organizing personal and business appointments and schedule
  • Preparing personal and business correspondence
  • Creating and distributing meeting minutes
  • Reconciling expense reports and maintaining contact lists
  • Compiling documents and conducting research regarding various matters
  • Placing calls to vendors and other 3rd party associates
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails
  • Running business and personal errands
  • Perform general support such as organizing business lunches, picking up deliveries, admin, and other related tasks
  • Photoshoot and event coordination
  • Assist with home related tasks such as shopping
  • Travel arraignments like hotel, flight, transport, restaurant bookings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with no errors.
  • Prepare the office or house for sales presentations, staff meetings, personal & family visits
  • Vehicle Dropoffs and pickups
  • Be able to collaborate and brainstorm.
  • The aptitude to accurately assess the urgency of projects or requests; in turn, respond swiftly and complete the request expeditiously.
  • Flawless communication skills and the ability to represent our CEO professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, using excellent judgment to effectively make decisions as a leader.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • A genuine desire to make our team successful.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance.

What you will NOT be doing:
1. No cleaning. You might help vet a cleaner
2. No cooking. You do manage grocery ordering for home delivery services
3. No house repairing or items requiring a handyman. You might vet a handyman
4. No heavy lifting. You will help with re-arranging supplies and smaller items in the house.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be available M-F and some weekends. 
  • High-Speed internet access.
  • Tech-savvy (Dropbox, MS Office, Google Docs, Evernote, Asana, Kartra, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with content creation for Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TIk Tok
  • Smartphone with email capabilities.
  • The ability to travel (passport holder preferred) 
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live in the Tri-City Area.
